Captain Portal Guide

How to get into the captain portal, then run your team from fada.club: roster, match night, stats, and what Team Premium adds. Co-captains get the same portal as the captain.

How to open the portal

The captain portal is not a public page. Sign in with the fada.club account linked to you as this team’s captain or co-captain. Then use Captain Portal in the site header, or the Captain tile on Dashboard.

Get in

Sign in

Use Login on fada.club. It has to be the account tied to your player record. A teammate’s login will not open your portal.

Tap Captain Portal

On a computer it is a blue Captain Portal button in the top-right, next to Dashboard. On a phone, open the ☰ menu and tap Captain Portal.

Or use Dashboard → Captain

Your player Dashboard Hub includes a Captain tile (Roster tools) when you captain or co-captain a live team. That opens the same portal.

Land on the dashboard

You arrive at the captain dashboard. Tabs along the top (or the sidebar on a wide screen) go to Roster, Matches, Stats, and Team Profile.

If Captain Portal is missing, you are signed in as a regular player. Ask the listed captain to Invite you to fada.club and name you co-captain, or contact admin to link your account.

Use the season picker in the sidebar if you captain more than one season.

Roster

Every captain can add players, send site invites, name a co-captain, and record shirt sizes. After the season is underway, adds and drops go through DartConnect and need admin approval — the roster screen still lets you submit those requests.

Example roster. The ⋮ menu is where you invite someone to fada.club, name a co-captain, or set a shirt size. “Not registered” means they still need a site account.

What to do on Roster

Add or request a player

Search an existing FADA player or type a name and email. Once rosters are locked, that becomes an admin request instead of an instant add.

Invite them to the site

Use Invite to FADA on anyone who is on the team but has not signed up. They get an email, claim their profile, and show up as a linked account.

Name a co-captain

Co-captains can open this portal, fill sheets, and manage the roster. They do not replace you as the listed captain.

Shirt sizes

Open a linked player’s menu and set their size so ordering does not depend on the original registration form.

The numbered dots on the example match the steps below. Players without a fada.club account cannot use premium perks even if the team is premium.

Match night

Matches live under Matches. Open a digital sheet from there, score in DartConnect, and the site picks up results after the recap syncs. Blank paper PDFs are still on Resources if you need them.

Match-night flow

Confirm who can play

Check the dashboard eligibility tracker (nights and legs) before you write a lineup, especially later in the season.

Open the digital sheet

On Matches, tap Open sheet for tonight’s game. Fill lineups there. Download a blank PDF from Resources if you still want paper.

Score in DartConnect

Enter the match in DartConnect the night of. Official scores should be in within 24 hours.

Check the recap

After sync, Matches → Results shows the score and a Recap link. Use that to review who played and how they threw.

Reschedules

Talk to the other captain first, then contact league admin promptly. Do not assume the site will move the date by itself.

Team snapshot

Dashboard and Stats show team 3DA, MPR, record, and win rate as soon as matches have been played.

Player table

Stats ranks your roster by 3DA and shows MPR, leg win %, high in/out, and games played. That table is available to every captain.

Playoff eligibility

The dashboard tracker flags who is eligible, on track, or short on nights/legs (7 nights and 18 legs).

Averages and match results update after DartConnect recaps sync to the site. Eligibility is on the Dashboard example (dot 2).

Team Premium

$60 / season

One checkout covers the team tools below and Premium for every active, linked player (up to 12). Buy it from the dashboard banner or the sidebar. Players added later still get it once they are on the roster and have a site account.

Custom photo, nickname, and collectible card on their public player profile.

Bet Marks on matches, parlays, championship futures, and Top Shot. Fun only. Marks aren't cash.

Sponsor perks

Discounts at participating FADA sponsor venues, plus match notifications.

They must be active on the roster and logged in with the account linked to that player.
